Who is responsible

Northveil is the name of the online shop and the operator of its internal tools. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact northveilofficial@gmail.com.

Pinterest reporting

A separate owner-only reporting tool reads authorized Pinterest account, board, Pin, and organic analytics data and reconciles published Pins with Northveil Etsy listings. It does not manage ads or serve third-party users. Its data remains within Northveil's internal reporting environment.

Northveil Manager and Google Drive backups

Northveil Manager is an owner-operated internal tool hosted on SeedHost. Its planned design library may contain generated artwork, research briefs, and records associated with design work. Google Drive backup is not currently connected or active, and no Manager backup has been uploaded.

If the owner enables this feature, Manager will create an encrypted archive on SeedHost before uploading it to the owner's Google Drive. The backup application requests Google's drive.file permission to create and manage its own backup files; it is not intended to browse the owner's entire Drive. Google Drive receives the encrypted archive rather than the plaintext library. The private decryption key is kept by the owner outside SeedHost, while SeedHost stores the public encryption recipient. The OAuth refresh credential, if granted, is stored in a private owner-readable configuration file on SeedHost.

The owner selected a rolling 30-day backup retention period. The planned cleanup process will remove expired archives only after a newer encrypted archive has uploaded, been downloaded back, and passed a SHA-256 comparison. Existing archives are to be kept if upload, readback, or verification fails. Scheduling, live Drive behavior, deletion, and restoration have not yet been verified, so these safeguards are not yet operating in production. Backups are for recovery and are not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.

If Google authorization is granted, the owner can revoke it in Google Account security settings and request help with removal by emailing northveilofficial@gmail.com. A self-service revoke and deletion control for the Manager credential and remote archives is not yet available.

Shop email updates

If a visitor chooses to subscribe to Northveil drop alerts on the shop website, the email address and consent choice are sent to MailerLite to provide those updates. The visitor can unsubscribe through the link in an email. MailerLite processes subscription data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Storage and safeguards

The Pinterest reporting tool uses a separate internal environment. Northveil Manager is hosted on SeedHost; its planned Drive backup is not active, as described above. Internal research and design records are not stored on Northveil's public website. Public sites use hosting infrastructure that may process standard technical request details, such as IP address, browser information, and request time, to deliver and protect the pages.

Northveil does not sell or rent this information.

Retention and deletion

The owner can disconnect Pinterest access in Pinterest settings and remove reports or authorization data from its internal reporting environment. If Google Drive backup is enabled in the future, the owner can revoke its Google authorization in Google Account security settings and request help with removal of the SeedHost credential and remote archives. Third-party services and changes

Google Drive, Google, Pinterest, Etsy, MailerLite, SeedHost, and website hosting providers process information under their own privacy terms. This policy may be updated if Northveil's tools or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
